<p>Finally when we thought there is no escaping Google and its dominance,there are places like Russia where alternatives(superior?!) are available.</p>
<p>Click <a href="http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/08_27/b4091060426533.htm?chan=search">here</a> to read about a new search engine in Russia called Yandex which has a market share of 44%,10 points more than Google.</p>
<p>I strongly believe that competition makes things much better for the users like us.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div style="text-align: justify;">I am sure you have read the numerous surveys(<a href="http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/bestcompanies/2008/">here</a> &amp; <a href="http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/05_31/b3945407.htm">there</a>) on Google being the best company to work,the most innovative etc etc,but there&#8217;s one more reason to work for Google.The guys there are earning so much that they probably needn&#8217;t bother much about the company&#8217;s balance sheets.So what do you do when you have loads of money and are <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">somewhat</span> talented???You would do things that nobody else would even try to do(either &#8217;cause of the lack of time or money matters).Now I know why they are also ranked among the top innovative companies.They have loads and loads of free time to create,to innovate and fool around. <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;">L</span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic; ">iterally. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">So the worlds supposedly best company religiously fools (tries to) on April 1st every year. Check out this year&#8217;s &#8220;<a href="http://www.google.com/virgle/index.html">The Adventures of a Lifetime</a>&#8220;. You could learn how to be a Virgile Pioneer, whether you have the guts to be a Martian(by answering a questionnaire).</div>
