Future Shock by Alvin Toffler ? No.

Apple’s former CEO John Scully had described a concept called “Knowledge Navigator” . It describes a device that can access a large networked database of hypertext information, and use software agents to assist searching for information.
The video shows the view of Apple Scientists in 1987 about how people would use computers in 2010. Though some of the concepts still look like that in a scifi movie, the User Experience of today has many elements that they anticipated : Video Chat, mashups, E-learning, Touchscreen et al.

Now that’s a Future Shock!
