I’d been waiting for something like last weekend for quite some time now.Before you start assuming,the wait for no one in particular but was for a completely relaxed weekend.Finally done with the release schedule….
I had a great time on Friday.You need nothing more if you are at the table having Scotch and Tandoori Paneer alongwith your pals!
On Saturday (despite/inspite of the hangover;-),I rushed to a bookstore in the morning and bought a couple of books which would last for probably a fortnight.I bought “The Complete Works of Khalil Gibran”,a collection of Shakespeare’s sonnets and poems and Boom!.
Also couldnt resist myself from picking up Eagles latest album and a Blues album.
Thanks to Moser Baer,I also bought “Jab We Met” & “Hum Apke Hain Kaun”.JWM was refreshing.’Was the first time I was able to completely watch a Kareena Kapoor’s movie. Hum Apke ….. is my dad’s favourite movie(my fav too…though I would always stop seeing the movie the moment Renuka Sahane slides down the staircase faster than a F1 car..hate those tearjerkers).
Started reading Khalil Gibran…A must read.
